53rd report  :

Report from the 53rd Nationals 411 in the gate as of Wednesday Night there are 7 vendors 

it was suggested Vendors row be blocked off to allow only Handicap carts 

Raffle will be announced on Saturday at Noon,

There was an article in the local paper.  and there will be radio station at the show & shine

 New Business:

Billo handed out board patches to the new members

Mark Helm is the only one banned from the Nats. Wild Cherry is not banned. 

First Aid:  We should have an AED at all the events.  and at least two qualified paramedics. 

We need to have on all the flyers an emergency contact so if there is an issue we can get to the family,

If you have a medical condition, vanners should let their club members know so that we can be of help.

A first aid committee of Len, Ben and Brandon will come to C of C with a proposal for improving medical response at Nats.

Mike Terterman has requested to use the logo on an online yearbook and has signed the contract

Pre-reg will be signed up on vendors row near Joe’s booth. We still need people to sign up to take pre-reg

 Howard and Lex are selling shits “50 years of Sleeze Lake” as a fund raiser for the bands 

 Charlotte is 88. today she got a card and a song

A 54th Nationals meeting will be held tomorrow in the same location at 3pm
