Issue check to 52^nd Nats for 2500.00 towards entertainment. Passed at July 2024 meeting

Vote on 53^rd Nationals Host Group to be 20 – 26 July 2026     Motion to accept bid by  Amy,

             2^nd Judith    Motion Passed.   Coop will work on the American Logo for the group.

The Wix account has been cancelled.

Banner replacement for the one lost at the 50^th.  Replace with cloth one.      

 Coop has art work, will do it.

Survey Committee:        Here is the recommendation from the 2025 survey committee.

Produce an online Google Form Survey for questions brought to the floor by vanners at the 51st National Truck-In board open meeting. 

There is no cost other than time to collect the information.

Estimated cost to promote participation by vanners will be $50- $100

·        Print 1,000 business card with basic information and QR code.

·        Print ten 8.5x14 posters and laminate for various location around the Truck-In. (i.e: Headquarters, Show-n-Shine registration table, etc.)

·        Ad space in bible or mention it in our welcome statement and a QR code at the bottom.

This is only open to attendees of a National Truck-In, or a club/council event that the host is willing to verify the attendance, or membership of the participant. This will not be promoted on social media to lessen the chance of fictitious or abuse by non-vanners.

Motion to accept by Judith   2^nd by Howard   motion passed.   Tim and the survey committee will complete this.

Meet & Greet Committee:  will do cheese and crackers.  Provide 300 dash plaques (coop Making) Budget of $500.00

Vest Committee:

  will use the vests provided by Cathy S. parking crew and classifiers will wear for visibility.

  Judges will have an Id on a Lanyard.  Motion to accept by Amy    2^nd Judi   Motion Passed.
