National Truck-In Board Meeting

Discussion of computerizing the van shows at National Truck-Ins

 

The Board moved, seconded and passed to purchase 1,000 Key chains with the Nats logo/Nats Board logo at $1.07 each to be given away at Nats

 

Lynn moved and Amy seconded for Nats Board logo patches to be purchased (100 for $227) for National Truck-In Board members, alternates and support staff. Discussion followed and it passed.

 

Michelle reported on the 50^th Nats.  The contract was signed with Sterling Fairgrounds. The host group is growing. They are working on organization and pre-reg forms/flyer. The hosts will send their flyer to the Nats Board for review and approval.

 

Tim reported on 48^th Nats financials.  Donations:  Albert Lea Fire Department -$2,500 and Museum of Vanning-$2,500.  Tim moved and Chooie seconded that the Nats Board match the donation of $2,500 made to the Museum of Vanning. There was discussion and it passed.

 

The Nats Board will sponsor $3,000 for bands at 49^th and 50^th Nats.  Tim moved and Joe seconded to have a banner made showing band sponsorship from the Board.  There was discussion and it passed.
