Selling Attitude Check tees for fund raising

Staggering bands 6:30-9 and 8:30-11 on the two stages, Cruise again from Lake to downtown area

Host Club Showing at Nationals? (can’t judge your own class, Nats Board breaks tie, Whiners about hosts winning, may not come back)

Make National Truck-In® Monday through Friday to allow travel time on each end.

               The above items to be added to the survey the board will be taking.

Ken volunteered to assemble a list of Qualified Judges.

Called for volunteers for survey committee

Michelle offered to do Survey Monkey or physical. Astro and Tim also offered to help.

Survey to all Van Clubs or Councils will consist of questions like:

Motorhome towing a van

Class C w/dually rear end

Camper vans 1995 and earlier

Van Show Friday or Saturday

 

New Business

Ben: Fire Extinguishers with longer hose

Ask Fire department what type would be best.

Concern of causticity

Ben with Hy-Rollin Vans is a fireman

Tim: ANAGRAM – PASS Pull, Aim (toward base of flames), Squeeze and Sweep

 

Judith- need to make sure your extinguisher is up to date/not expired

 

Motion was made to make a Best Safety Award and passed

 

 

Meet & Greet at 5:30             300 hot dogs     There will be an Auction for a 50th Nats blanket at meet & greet

 

 

In future, do away with hot dogs? make a trinket or keepsake instead

 (Committee to come up with other ideas for meet & Greet: Judith, Amy, Lex, Astro)

 

Website: Need a constant site for Nationals so it’s consistent, host pays for annual site costs

 

Dave Desaulniers asked to be replaced (to be done in Feb)

 

Kyra is digitizing the Van Show, ready – this show to be trial run

 

Tim asked to limit Website online registration list to first name, handle, city & state, and club to

Hamper all of the spammers
